Show us Your Singles

Today on Kelly's Korner she is doing a post called show us your singles, so we are participating today to show off my sister Kate. She is 35 years old and lives in Tulsa, OK. She is the oldest of 4 kids, and is super close with her family. She is the best aunt to her nephew Darian and 2 nieces Leah and Reese. Kate loves playing and watching all sports, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. She graduated from the University of Tulsa where she played soccer for 4 years, and she is a huge supporter of all things TU.

Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to the best daddy in the world. Reese and Bailey love their daddy so much, and look up to him. I love that my girls are so lucky to have a great dad. It helps that Ryan and I have such great dads too. We love you Grandad and Pops.

Snapping

Reese thinks she can snap. She tries so hard, but she doesn't know there is no sound. She also loves to clap and dance. She is so much fun.

Joplin Tornado

This week we went to Joplin to drop off some donations for a firefighter who lost everything in the tornado. He has a new baby girl who has been to St. Francis in Tulsa for heart surgery. We collected clothes, diapers, and other stuff from our amazing family for this family. While we were at the fire station Barry Switzer and Billy Simms were making a cameo to cheer up recovery workers, so of course they wanted their picture taken with Reese.

Bailey is pretty much the most laid back dog I have ever seen when it comes to a wild toddler. She just lays around and lets Reese do whatever she wants to her. Well today it paid off and Reese said goggie which I think is doggie because then she said it when one came on TV

My First Ponytail

Here is Reese's first attempt at a ponytail. She looks like such a big girl.

God Bless Our Troops

Today we went out to Floral Haven so Reese could see all of the flags.. It is so beautiful and such an amazing tribute to our fallen soldiers. We were able to find my Grandad's flag and of course in perfect Jay Jones fashion he was drawing attention to himself. His flag was falling over so some ROTC members came over to fix it and after it was back up they saluted his flag. It was a pretty cool moment that it happened as we were walking up. Three of Reese's great grandfathers served in WW II and we are so proud of them. We love them and miss them so much!!!!!
