One Month Old

Even though Reese turned one month old on Saturday I am just now posting some pictures. At one month old Reese weighs 8 pounds 2 ounces and is 20 1/2 inches long. She is still in newborn diapers. Reese is still breastfeeding, but we had to supplement with formula for weight gain, but I am thinking at our check up we will be able to stop supplementing. Reese loves to smile and is the happiest baby. She smiles the most when her mommy and daddy give her kisses. We are getting better at sleeping at night, but she is still anti-napping.

We had a girls day of shopping and lunch with Jeanne, Nancy, Maddie, and Ava. We didn't get a group picture, but here is a picture of Ava holding Reese.

Happy Mother's Day

Yesterday was my first mother's day and it was pretty amazing. Don't get me wrong being Bailey's mom is great (and she gives great gifts), but having Reese has been the best thing ever. We went to Aunt Cake's house for a cookout with our family. Reese got to meet her Great Grandmother, lots of great aunts and uncles, and great family friends. We are so blessed to have so many friends and family who love our sweet baby girl. That was the longest I have gone without holding her. They only let me hold her when it was time to eat.

Two weeks old

Yesterday Reese was two weeks old, and of course I didn't get a post up but here goes. The past week has been full of new adventures.



Reese went to Grandma and Granddad Jones' house for dinner, and we met her cousins Leah and Darian over there. Granddad is so smitten by his new granddaughters. Reese also went to Grandma and Granddad Phillips' house for the first time but all of the picturews are on Grandma's camera.
Reese also got her first piece of mail from a really cute boy in Seattle named Cole, and she can't wait to meet him.
